About Chuck

Chuck Adkins is an accomplished musician who has been arranging music and performing for over 40 years.  Originally from Pennsylvania, he has recorded and performed with various artists in Nashville, Tennessee, including Paul Overstreet, Ron Kenoly, Back Street Players, Freedom and David Davidson (violinist for Michael W. Smith and Nashville Symphony). Chuck also played in the house band at the Marco Polo Hotel on Miami Beach, with a number of great musical talents, including Jose Feliciano and Fabian.

During his stint at the Marco Polo, Chuck continued defining and refining his love for jazz music.  While he embraces and exquisitely performs many genres, there is a distinct and refreshing flavor of jazz woven beautifully throughout his music. Chuck has ten cd's to his credit.

And although he focuses primarily on piano, keyboards, flute and trombone, Chuck’s unique vocal style adds yet another delightful dimension to his gifts and talents.

Chuck has a beautiful gift with instrumental pieces.  His compositions are soothing and evoke peace.  Many have said that Holy Spirit ministers to them while they listen - writing lyrics unique to them while they pray and meditate with the Lord.
