We are so excited to welcome you to our Tabernacles Vineyard Retreat. Our desire is for each of us to join together for a set apart time to seek the face of Yahweh - corporately and individually. The season of this first retreat will be amidst the Biblical Fall Feasts and will fall within Feast of Tabernacles.
In order to prepare for this retreat - we simply ask that you pray and seek God as to if you are to come this year. If He has called you, please read below so we will have obeyed Him in counting the cost and preparing Spiritually and Naturally for all that He has planned.
We are dedicating these specific days as a time of awakening and refreshing. It is our prayer that we each walk away changed - growing closer to God and experiencing all that He has planned for each and every one of us.
. This retreat is open to all ages and will take place in Excelsior Springs, Missouri at Lake Donovan Conference & Retreat Center - which is about 45 minutes North of Kansas City. While we do not charge a fee to attend the retreat, there are specific costs that will be incurred and thus are factored into the rate schedules below. The property that has graciously allowed us to hold this event has their fees and expenses for lodging, meals and additional costs such as insurance in their rates. We provide the breakdown below as well as registration and payment deadlines.

RESERVATION DEADLINE: July 29, 2023. To make your reservations for this retreat, please send a check or money order to Vicky Adkins, PO Box 3313, Independence, MO 64055. Be sure to include the Registration Form that includes the type of reservation you're making (i.e. Main Lodge, Mini Lodge, RV, Cabin, Tent, or Day Stay). We need to have each person attending (including minor children) to have a completed registration so that we can provide Lake Doniphan with the number of guests in your group, length of stay, and to know ages of any minor children attending (0-17). If you are attending daily but do not intend to use Lake Donovan lodging - please let us know where you will be staying, the days you will attend and which meals you will be eating as well ages of any children attending. The Registration Form should be included with your total payment and needs to be received by July 29, 2023.
MAIN LODGE ACCOMMODATIONS
Each room has two queen beds or two full beds and a private bathroom.
Linens are provided by the facility. Pillows are also provided. (Main Lodge only.)
The cost is $330.00 for exclusive use of the room.
MINI LODGE ACCOMODATIONS
Each room has 4 sets of bunkbeds and 1 bathroom.
No linens are provided.
There is a kitchenette in the main area.
MEALS
Meals are served in the Main Lodge and are prepared by on-site staff.
Eight meals are included for each guest:
Dinner from 5-6 on Thursday.
3 Meals Friday
3 Meals Saturday
Breakfast on Sunday
Also includes 24 hour beverage station in the dining room.
Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions like diabetes,
allergies, or if you follow Biblical eating restrictions.

There may be some who are not able to afford the retreat,
so if you are able and willing to help financially provide the way
for someone else, please let us know. It would be a great gift and blessing!
In the case of multiple requests for financial assistance,
we have chosen to take the extra funds that come in
and hold a drawing on our Monday Night Livestream on July 24th.
All funds must be paid in full and received by July 29th,
so please keep that date in mind if you are planning to attend.
ALTERNATIVE ACCOMODATIONS:
While we would love for all of us to stay at the retreat center, we understand that it may be fiscally wiser for some to stay with your family at an area hotel, especially if you have multiple children. Excelsior Springs does not have a vast number of hotels, however Kearney and Liberty are within 25 minutes of the Lake Donovan Conference & Retreat Center and have many options for you to reserve. If that is what is best for your family, we understand but we need to ensure that we have accounted for all who will be attending the retreat and have those attending register and prepay for day passes for each person as well as for the meals. Please let us know how many, ages and where you will be staying as well as which meals you are reserving at the Retreat Center when you send your payment. Please note we can not provide transportation to the retreat center for those who choose not to stay at the Retreat accomodations.

MUSIC & MINISTRY
Chuck is the Music Director for the ministry and will be providing the music
for the retreat. He is busy preparing for this special time of Worship, Celebration and
Soaking in the presence of the Lord.
Vicky will be orchestrating teachings and is seeking the face of Father God for
what His will during this time.
Additionally, some of the leadership team for the ministry will also be there
and we truly believe there will be great opportunities for Holy Spirit to move
in beautiful ways throughout His Body.
CHILDREN'S CAMP MINISTRY
We hope you will be bringing your family with you! Children's camp ministry is available for ages 6-14 while teachings, worship and break-out sessions are occurring. Great activities are being planned for the youth and details will be provided for all registrants that will be bringing children to the Retreat. Parents with children from newborn to 5 years of age will need to have a parent or guardian attend Children's Ministry Camp with their children or are free to find their own activities on the campgrounds. All minor children must be under the supervision of an adult at all times. Children of all ages will be released to eat their meals with their families as well as be with their families during free time. This allows for all to enjoy the grounds, activities & fellowship in community.
